ClearLedger Analytics is a Windows‑native, offline portfolio optimization engine. All portfolio analytics, calculations, and model operations run locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any financial data from the ClearLedger Analytics desktop application.
1. Collection of Personal Information
ClearLedger Analytics collects only the minimum personal information required to operate our Early Access program and provide product support.
We may collect:
- Your email address
- Your name
- (Optional) Your firm name
- (Optional) Your telephone number
This information is used solely for:
- Early Access enrollment
- Issuing offline license keys
- Providing product updates
- Responding to support inquiries
ClearLedger Analytics does not share personal information with any third party. You may request deletion or modification of your personal information at any time by contacting support@clearledgeranalytics.com.
2. Client Data
ClearLedger Analytics is a fully local, offline portfolio optimization engine. We do not store, receive, or transmit any client financial data.
ClearLedger Analytics does not collect:
- Portfolio titles
- Portfolio positions
- Account numbers
- Client names
- Imported data from custodians or integrations
- Excel workbook contents
- Model inputs or outputs
All portfolio analytics run entirely on your device, inside Excel and local compiled modules. No client data ever leaves your environment.
3. Licensing Information
ClearLedger Analytics uses an offline licensing model. We do not store license identifiers, metadata, expiration timestamps, activation logs, or device information.
License validation occurs locally on your machine and does not transmit any data to ClearLedger Analytics.
4. Use of Cookies
The ClearLedger Analytics website uses only essential cookies required for basic site functionality, such as maintaining secure access to the Early Access portal.
We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or cross‑site tracking technologies.
5. Do Not Track Policy
ClearLedger Analytics does not track users across third‑party websites and does not engage in targeted advertising. Because we do not perform cross‑site tracking, we do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
6. Commitment to Data Security
ClearLedger Analytics enforces strict policies for data security and privacy:
- No portfolio or financial data is ever transmitted to ClearLedger Analytics servers.
- No telemetry, diagnostics, or usage analytics are collected from the ClearLedger Analytics desktop application.
- Early Access personal information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
- Offline license keys are validated without any network communication.
- All ClearLedger Analytics software runs locally, reducing exposure to cloud‑based security risks.
ClearLedger Analytics does not operate cloud servers for portfolio analytics. All computations occur inside your local Excel environment.
